Local Memories
exists to help personalize memory keeping, in several ways:

Scrapbook Retreats are big these days. Really big. And while it's great
to have some dedicated time to catch up on your albums, it can be intimidating to try to do so
in a hotel conference room
with 50, 75, or even hundreds of seasoned scrappers! But who has the time and energy (or
the ROOM?) to set up a local event so that you can have the fun and focus you want, without getting overwhelmed?
We do!
We call them "Cozy Crops," because they are a friendship-sized scrapbook retreat.
Working in smaller, more intimate settings, we will set up a cropping event for 8-25 people,
complete with meals, lodging, supplies, instruction, surprises, and even some pampering. We
will provide secure workspace, and plenty of tools.
Our new Cozy Crop House is perfect for a group up to 12 scrappers--
you may not want to ever leave!!
We also offer to include album imprinting with our package,
and can include your company's name if you are setting up a company event.
Costs will vary depending on the lodging, seasonal rates, and meals. Contact us for information on
setting up your own event (and to receive a free Event Consultation Worksheet) or join us on a pre-scheduled weekend retreat.
Whether a full day crop, an overnight event, or a full weekend retreat, these events make a wonderful gift for that special
scrapper. How about a surprise 30th or 40th birthday party planned as a crop? It's guaranteed to be memorable!

- Cozy Crop Weekends at our new Cozy Crop House
In the midst of the Amish Country in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, this is a scrapper's dream!
A fully equipped 3-bedroom home, set up for maximum scrapping, with meals, vendors, classes, etc.
All the
comforts of home, but none of the concerns! Open Cozy Crop weekends are scheduled for about one per month (see schedule for
availability), and are limited to ten croppers.
- The same scrapping-equipped home can be rented by group leaders who wish to host their own events (up to 12 croppers), for a
group rental rate.
