When can I come for a tour?
We can show the property most weekdays, by appointment. We are not able to give tours on weekends when the house is being used by guests. back to top
What is the difference between a hosted and unhosted weekend?
A hosted weekend is what we call our "Cozy Crop." We provide meals, vendors, classes, prizes, and do all the prep and cleanup for you. Participants register on an
individual basis, or a group can request that we provide hosting. Spaces are generally limited to 10 unless a group requests up to 12.
An unhosted weekend is when the house is rented for a group to use on its own. You would be responsible for all food, supplies such as paper goods and extra
toilet paper, and cleanup as you would with renting any vacation property. back to top
What do I need to do in order to rent the Cozy Crop House?
The first step is to contact us to be sure your desired dates are available. We will confirm availability and send
you the required forms.
To reserve the Cozy Crop House for an unhosted weekend, a signed rental agreement and deposit of $100 is required.
To register for space at a Cozy Crop weekend, a registration form and deposit of $50 is required (for each registrant). back to top

What is the bedroom and bathroom arrangement?
The house has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have four twin beds, and one bedroom has one king bed and one double bed. There are two full baths in the
bedroom wing, and one half bath in the other side of the house. Towels and linens are provided. back to top
How many croppers can we have if they don't sleep over?
We limit the number of guests to 12, whether or not they sleep at the Cozy Crop House. Though there are additional tables and spaces for meals and classes,
we have found that the house is not suited for more than 12 croppers and all their "stuff." back to top
What scrapbooking tools are available?
Our tool center includes both a Sizzix and Accucut machine, along with several dies and alphabets for both. House rental includes use of our drawers full
of stamps and punches, as well as the heat guns (for embossing and for shrink plastic), a light table, Fiskars dry embossing system, templates, and many
idea books and magazines. During our Cozy Crop (hosted) weekends, we provide use of our Cricut machine with our full selection of cartridges (currently 12). back to top
Does the Cozy Crop House have computer and internet service?
Yes, there is a computer station with wireless DSL service and a printer, which we try to maintain in operation for our guests' use, though we do not guarantee it
for every weekend due to our experience with computer problems! back to top
What kitchen equipment is available?
The Cozy Crop kitchen is set up to make group events easier. Besides the refrigerator and oven/range, we provide a microwave, Crockpot, toaster, coffeemaker,
tea kettle, and even a milkshake machine. Food preparation implements, such as pans, casseroles, bowls, & silverware are also provided.
Groups renting the house for their own events are expected to bring all other food supplies, including coffee; tea;
sugar & creamer; paper plates, towels & napkins; kitchen trash bags; dish soap; and food wrap. back to top
What supplies are onsite for purchase?
We are pleased to have the Scrapinators line offered exclusively on our premises. This is a line of unique scrapbook embellishments, created by local
scrappers. We do NOT currently offer basics such as cardstock or adhesives on a regular basis. This can be arranged with a consultant of a direct-sales
company, which we pre-arrange for our hosted Cozy Crop weekends. back to top
Is this a scrapbook store? What scrapbook stores are near the Cozy Crop House?
We are not a scrapbook store, but a company dedicated to providing support services for scrapbookers. We provide groups with a weekend location at the Cozy
Crop House, as well as offering full retreat packages, classes, assistance, album imprinting, and scrapbook-for-others services. I have been described as a
"Scrapbooking Enabler." I kinda like that!
Our central location puts us within 15 to 25 minutes of several scrapbook stores, besides being about a mile away from Michael's and A.C.Moore. Here
is a list of Lancaster County scrapbooking stores surrounding us in all directions:
Do you have any other locations?
At this time, we have only one location, but are looking into a second one so that we can enable more scrappers!
We are also setting up a business model for Cozy Crop House locations outside of Lancaster County, PA. Email if you might be interested in operating a Cozy Crop House in your area. back to top
